2. Power Washing & Cleaning

Clean surfaces are essential for proper paint adhesion.

We clean applicable painted surfaces to remove dirt, dust, mildew, mold, chalking, and other contaminants. Depending on the project, we may also clean porches, walkways, and other areas affected by the work.

3. Carpentry Repairs & Surface Repairs

Exterior painting often reveals conditions that need attention before paint can be applied.

Damaged or deteriorated wood is repaired or replaced when appropriate. If additional issues are discovered during preparation, we'll communicate them with you and discuss the available options before proceeding.

4. Scraping, Sanding, Priming & Caulking

8. Daily & Final Cleanup

We maintain an organized work area throughout the project and clean up at the end of each workday.

Once the project is complete, debris and job-related materials are removed and the surrounding areas are left clean and orderly.

9. Final Walkthrough & Inspection

We don't consider the project finished simply because the paint has been applied.

We conduct a detailed walkthrough with you to review the completed work, identify appropriate touch-ups, and make sure the project has been completed according to the agreed-upon scope.
